Stepping into a fast-paced and dynamic environment like Worten has presented a unique opportunity to apply my OutSystems skills in a highly visible and impactful way.

A key highlight of my time here has been developing many different applications from scratch and having the opportunity to have my changes to make a difference from the architecture to the deployment stages. This opportunity to be involved in many projects has allowed me to deepen my understanding of complex project requirements and team organization into the many different components that required efficient teamwork communication and cooperation.

The retail landscape is constantly evolving, which keeps me on my toes. Adapting to new trends, anticipating customer needs, and finding innovative solutions are all part of the daily routine.
One of the most rewarding aspects of working at Worten is collaborating with a diverse team that brings together expertise from across the corporative and retail spectrum. Sharing knowledge, brainstorming ideas, and working collaboratively to overcome challenges is something I truly appreciate.
Continuous Learning & Future Aspirations
I'm constantly learning and growing as an OutSystems developer at Worten. The exposure to a wide range of retail-specific technologies and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects are invaluable assets to my career development.
Going forward, I'm particularly interested in exploring leveraging data analytics for customer insights, AI technologies and tools, and to be able to be more efficient in my code developing independence and range.
